Module 6 - MASTER IT!
MASTER IT! Mastering the process and requirements of developing a new venture can be captured through the development and presentation of a business model.
Essentially, the business model identifies all the components required to create, deliver, and capture value for a project/start-up, and the strategies that need to be developed to deliver the product/ service/experience to the identified customer segment/s. The business model considers how the business “will actually work” and what actions need to be undertaken to create and deliver the product or service to the market in a manner that will be sustainable over time to capture value for the entrepreneur and society.
